I created a login, but I don’t remember which email address I used.
You can try to login using your different addresses in order to request a login link. The AHNCares system will only recognize email addresses that have already been registered, so you will only get an email if that address matches your account.
My password does not work or I forgot my password
With our magic link feature, you no longer have to worry about forgetting a password! A single click will enable your access via email.
Magic Link sends emails that are unique to either mobile or web. So if you request access from the AHN Cares app, you’ll get access to the mobile application. If you request access from your web browser, you’ll get access to the web-based version of AHN Cares.You can also login with a password:
- Go to your Profile page by clicking the blue “Profile” button in the top, right corner of your web browser or by clicking on the Account icon in the app.
- Then click “Advanced Settings.”
- Enter your preferred password.
- Click “Update.”
How do I edit my personal account information?
By design, we don’t capture a lot of personal information. To edit your account:
- Go to your Profile page by clicking the blue “Profile” button in the top, right corner of your web browser or by clicking on the Account icon in the app.
- Then click “Advanced Settings.”
- Update your “Preferred Name,” phone number, and additional settings.
- Click “Update.”
