Team Coordinators assign the level of privacy for particular Team pages. Because Teams have different needs and different preferences for privacy, there are three two levels of privacy from which to choose:
We have no way of knowing and will not be responsible or liable if the individual accessing a Team page obtained the web site address or other settings through improper means. Every member of a Team (coordinator, family, friends and all site visitors) is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the web site address and any Team Coordinator's or visitor's username/password. The Team Coordinator may change the Privacy Level and any associated features of the Team page at any time.
We do not market to and does not knowingly collect any Personal Information from or about a child under the age of 13 without the consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 years of age, we will promptly take all reasonable measures to delete that data from our systems.
The Site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the collection or use of your Personal or Anonymous Information at any third party sites. Therefore, we disclaim any liability for any third party's use of your Personal or Anonymous Information obtained through using the third party web site.
